I’m currently using the demo to work on but I would like to refresh and start again. Is there a way to this?

You clicked import demo content 5 times, thats why it duplicated the content. Please don’t do that, because every time you click “import demo content” it does import. Now, please go to Menus section and remove the duplicated menu items. I’ve just had a look at can not find a clear menu section to delete these been looking for a while, Do you have people that work on these site that do work shops or can give me demo
You’ve imported the content, please follow the steps in the documentation. There is an option to delete each duplicated menu item in the Menus section.
Good question I have not been able to find directions that make sense, Support didn’t help, just loaded more pages linked to gt3themes.
