No. We work on a milestone basis & you pay after each completed stage, not upfront. This way you see progress before any payment is due.
We create a full backup of your site before starting any work. All changes are tested in a staging environment when possible. Your admin credentials are used only for the project and we recommend changing your password once the work is complete.
Yes. You can submit multiple requests, and we’ll assess each one separately. If they’re related, we may bundle them into a single project with a combined estimate to save you time and cost.
We follow WordPress coding standards and best practices, so customizations are built to be update-compatible. However, major theme or plugin updates can occasionally cause conflicts. We recommend testing updates on a staging site first, and we’re available to help if anything breaks.
WordPress dashboard access (and FTP if needed), a valid theme license, and your content & mockups, images, text, fonts, or screenshots showing what you want. The more detail you provide, the faster we deliver.
