Did you know that skew has an update button in it now from another company, not gt3, call Iografica? It creates another theme completely and no longer has the Skew look. I tried it on a sandbox site. It is more responsive than the old build 1.0. Do you have a new build that is reponsive for Skew?
Maybe there is available theme at wordpress.org with the same name, but you can’t have an update button in our theme. As for the responsiveness, it is fully responsive http://www.gt3themes.com/wordpress-themes/skew/
Umm. This appeared on my dashboard and when I updated, it created different theme called onepage. Here is a screenshot of what I see now (I reinstated my skew with a backup). This is in my dashboard not some random theme on wordpress.org. It is the skew theme I bought.

Really strange, the build is right. Btw, can you please put the link where it is required to download the update to the wrong theme?
Here are screenshots of the two links you see there. Please let me know what I need to go as I need to get this theme updated asap. thanks. And, yes, agreed, this is weird. The last link here is the details page which you are directed to.

We could not replicate it on our end. Did you buy the theme from our company directly? Please send your purchase info to help at gt3themes dot com
I bought it through Mighty Deals but it was promoted as a gt3 theme and I really hope you guys will honor that. It has just been a pain to deal with.
Sure, it is our product and we do support it.
Hello
Does your theme is compatible with Polylang? Do you specify the ‘theme_location’ parameter in your ‘wp_nav_menu’ calls?
It is compatible with WPML plugin.
Sticky Menu Issue! Sorry, but I wasn’t sure where to post this query. I noticed that on mobile versions of my site, the sticky menu is not enabled. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello!
Did you check our demo page on your phone?
I did just now. Hmm, It’s not working on mine for some reason. Might you be able to help send me in the right direction or am I on my own here?
It works only when you have one page functionality.
The site IS set to one page. I wonder how I could’ve messed that up. The sticky menu works on desktop view, just not mobile. Hmm, I’ll give everything a once-over and then come back if I’ve confused myself into oblivion.
Thanks for your help thus far! 🙂
Maybe you should download the latest version.
I’m using V1.0 of Skew and 4.22 of WordPress. Apologies if this is a dumb question, but where might I acquire an updated version of Skew?
The version is correct. It depends where you purchased the theme from. Please send your request to help at gt3themes dot com and we will check it.
I bought it directly from here, but I’ve sent an email in any case.
Thanks for trying to assist thus far!
For peace of mind, may I ask how long the helpdesk usually takes to respond to inquiries?
Usually it takes 24-48 hours. All the requests are reviewed in the order they were submitted. Thanks
I assume not, but is it possible to pull a gallery via shortcode instead of as its own plugin? I’d like to password protect part of my gallery, if that’s even possible.
